Invoice AR Export

Parks & Rec > Invoice > AR Export

When enabled in Integration Settings, AR Export creates the invoice export file in the Munis General Billing Invoice Import File Layout format. When you complete the AR Export for Invoices, you may use the Invoice Import program in Munis General Billing to import and then process the charges.

In Integration Settings, if the Charge Code Setting is set to Service–Munis, the export file includes the charge code that was assigned to the fee when it was created.
